Job Description
Program Administrator
Daily tasks include
- Work closely with various key personnel such as the National Head of Operations, General Manager, Project Managers, Accommodation Managers, Consultants, and Airline Department to ensure that projects are completed according to the schedule, meeting all requirements.
- Create and implement organizational programs, special projects, and support services.
- Monitor program budget and contracts, ensuring that costs, invoices, and payments are in line with the scope of work.
- Help with the preparation of project initiation documents for new projects, and handle issues, inquiries, and services provided to people affected.
- Manage paperwork associated with the program, ensuring that all records are properly maintained and easily accessible when needed.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure that campus functions are efficient, including communicating promptly with all stakeholders, monitoring tasks, and completing relevant reports.
- Manage relationships with providers and operation managers of other business units across the WEST 1 group.
- Research and develop professional development opportunities for school staff to achieve successful program outcomes.
- Prepare and review reports related to the services provided, programs undertaken, and academic calendar implementation, ensuring that any changes are negotiated with the relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a program management system, documenting campus management processes and regularly updating relevant handbooks.
- Organize regular meetings with stakeholders and plan for the success of projects.
- Consult with the project management team, clients, and other interested parties regarding any issues associated with the project.
Level of Required Qualification: Advanced Diploma or Diploma
Experience Required: At least three years of work experience in the occupation (or closely
related occupation)
Salary: 76,515 – 80,000
Working Hours: full-time (38 hours per week)
Pay: $76,515.00 – $80,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
