Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Take orders for food and beverages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience
- Clean tables and set up the dining area for service
- Open and close the restaurant as required
- Maintain a calm, positive, and friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other floor duties to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is required
- Coffee making skills are essential
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to work flexible hours, including dinner service from Tuesday to Sunday and potentially Sunday lunch shifts
