A Senior Food & Beverage Attendant is an experienced hospitality professional who provides high-quality food and beverage service while supporting supervisors with daily operations, staff guidance, and customer service.
Job Description
Typical responsibilities include:
- Greeting and serving guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Taking food and beverage orders and serving meals and drinks.
- Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (where required).
- Setting up and clearing tables and function rooms.
- Handling customer payments and operating the POS system.
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Assisting with stock control and inventory.
- Training and mentoring junior food and beverage attendants.
- Helping supervise service during busy periods.
- Resolving customer concerns and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
- Following food safety, RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), and workplace health and safety procedures.
Pay: $5,000.00 – $6,250.00 per month
