In this specialist role, you'll take ownership of Healius' UKG platform, ensuring it supports workforce operations across our national network. Working with stakeholders across the business, you'll leverage your technical expertise to optimise system performance and deliver ongoing improvements.

About The Role
The WFM Senior Analyst is the technical owner of Healius' UKG platform, responsible for ensuring it remains stable, optimised and aligned with business needs. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll support workforce processes, deliver system enhancements and provide expert UKG guidance.
Key responsibilities:

Own and maintain the UKG platform, ensuring system performance, accuracy and reliability

Configure and optimise workforce management rules, policies and system functionality

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system improvements

Lead testing and deployment activities for upgrades, enhancements and new releases

Investigate and resolve complex system, integration and workforce management issues

Act as the primary escalation point for advanced UKG support matters

Manage relationships and issue resolution with UKG support teams

Develop system documentation, training materials and user guidance
About You
Our ideal candidate is an experienced UKG professional who enjoys solving complex system challenges and driving continuous improvement. You will be confident building strong stakeholder relationships and translate operational requirements into effective workforce management solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
-
3+ years' experience working with UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions or other UKG workforce management platforms

Demonstrated experience in workforce management system administration, configuration, implementation and support

Experience working with integrations, data mapping and SQL in a complex business environment
