About the Role:
Working with International Luxury Brands, customer engagement and providing exceptional customer service, meet & exceed daily sales targets. Opportunities are available at our Marais Women store.
General Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Recording all client details in POS system
- Recording all customer requests
- Stock count cycles and report any discrepancy immediately
- Provide daily report
Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Contribute to and meet sales target
- Walk-in retail customers and VICs
- Clientele building and driving client re-purchase rates
- Customer requests as directed
- Offering after-sales service to build client rapport
General Operations
- Daily operations
- Arranging payment
- Maintain store front and back of house’s tidiniess and cleanliness
- Ensure accurate pricing of all merchandise
- Maintain visual displays
- Contributes to team effort
