The Handy Roofer is looking for an experienced Full Time Metal Roofing Tradesperson to join our team.

About the Role
As a Leading Hand, you'll lead the crew on site while working alongside the team on metal roof replacements and repairs. You'll help keep jobs running smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the Leading Hand on site, overseeing day-to-day roofing activities
- Supervising and supporting Metal Roof Labourers
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining metal roofing systems
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting roofing materials
- Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinating tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe worksite
- Promoting a positive team culture and following all workplace health and safety requirements
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years roofing experience
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Current White Card
- Current Working at Heights certification
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead a team well
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Able to meet project timelines
