Are you passionate about ice cream and looking for an exciting role in a busy production kitchen? We’re looking for both entry-level team members and an experienced candidate to join our growing team.
There is room to grow in this role hone your skills and increase hours.
Starting 8 - 24 hours per week - Monday (6am - 2pm)
+ additional hours where required
What you’ll do:
Assisting with baking and ice cream prep and production:
- Make cookie dough and bake cookies.
- Help create brownies, blondies, and other baked goodies.
- Ice cream churning and packing
- Assist in making our famous chunks and swirls (like peanut butter cups for Roo Traxx!).
- Clean and maintain our 5-star health-rated kitchen.
- Conduct stock takes and rotation.
- Packing our store orders & wholesale orders
- Keeping kitchen clean and tidy during production
- Washing Dishes
What we’re looking for:
- A team player who supports and collaborates with others.
- Time-sensitive work skills and good communication.
- A basic knowledge of baking—hobby bakers and cooks are encouraged to apply!
- Interest in food, problem-solving skills, reliability, and responsibility.
- Food handeler safety certification (can be completed after successful application)
- Physical strength
