As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our accommodation rooms and public areas are presented to the highest standard. You'll help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for every guest by delivering exceptional housekeeping services and maintaining outstanding cleanliness throughout the property.

Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and accommodation areas to company standards

Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish room amenities

Ensure all rooms are guest-ready within required timeframes

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas and back-of-house spaces

Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptly

Manage and handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely
-
Assist with room turnover processes and housekeeping schedules

Handle lost property in accordance with venue procedures

Deliver friendly and professional service when interacting with guests

Support other venue operations as required

Previous housekeeping, accommodation, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience is highly regarded but not mandatory

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
