About us
1 Trillion Media is a Melbourne-based content and social media agency producing scroll-stopping visual content for clients across real estate, hospitality, FMCG, fitness, and personal branding. We're expanding our real estate offering and looking for a photographer who can make properties look their absolute best.
The role
We're after a skilled Real Estate Photographer to capture high-quality stills (and ideally video) of residential and commercial properties. You'll work across listings, styled shoots, and marketing campaigns, turning around polished, market-ready images on tight timelines.
What you'll do
- Photograph interiors, exteriors, and features of residential/commercial properties
- Shoot with an eye for lighting, composition, and flattering angles that sell a space
- Capture drone/aerial footage where required (if applicable)
- Produce video walkthroughs and social-ready clips (if applicable)
- Edit and retouch images (colour correction, exposure blending, sky replacement, HDR)
- Deliver final files to agreed specs and deadlines
- Coordinate shoot schedules directly with agents, vendors, or clients
- Maintain and manage your camera, lighting, and editing gear
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in real estate, architectural, or interior photography (portfolio required)
- Strong command of a DSLR/mirrorless setup and lighting techniques
- Proficiency in Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent editing software
- Fast, reliable turnaround and attention to detail
- Excellent time management across multiple shoots per day
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence (travel between properties required)
- Drone licence (CASA RePL/ReOC) — desirable / required
- Own photography equipment — desirable / required
Nice to have
- Videography and video editing skills
- Virtual staging or floor plan experience
- Existing relationships with real estate agencies
