At My Team Support Services, we’re passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives. We provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex physical needs including Quadriplegia, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and other physical disabilities.
About the Role:
We are seeking Disability Support Workers who either have experience in high-needs care or are eager to be trained in this specialised area. You’ll be working closely with clients to support their daily living, mobility, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care and support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with mobility using hoist lifts, Sara Stedy, slide sheets, and transfer boards
- Support clients with hygiene, meal preparation, and social activities
- Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and team members
- Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards
Hours are varied and may include daily hours ranging from 7am – 10am and 6pm to 10pm, and/or community access hours, evening hours as they are varied depending on Participant need.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in high-needs disability support (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to undertake training in complex care and manual handling
- Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Cert III or IV in Disability Support (or working towards)
- Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Driver’s License
