What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work and can operate confidently with a high degree of independence.
While you will be supported by our Operations Manager and the wider TORObLACK team, much of your day-to-day work will be self-managed. We're looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, organised, and takes pride in doing things properly without needing constant supervision.
Attention to detail is essential, whether it's preparing orders accurately, managing stock, maintaining delivery schedules, or ensuring our customers receive the high level of service TORObLACK is known for.
Because our business is built on strong relationships, we're also looking for someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people. Many of our customers have been with us for years, and a friendly conversation, a positive attitude, and professional communication are just as important as the deliveries themselves.
Growth Opportunities
The position is being offered initially as a casual role, averaging 24–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent part-time position for the right candidate.
As TORObLACK continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to expand into additional responsibilities and develop within the business, including warehouse operations, inventory management, customer support, logistics coordination, and other operational roles.
Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
