Lamex Bathrooms & Kitchens is looking for a friendly and motivated Showroom Sales Consultant to join our growing Maitland showroom on a part-time or casual basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service and sales and has an interest in bathrooms, interiors, renovations or home improvement.
Previous bathroom industry experience is an advantage, but not essential, as product training will be provided.
About the Role
- Assist retail and trade customers in the showroom
- Help customers with product selections
- Prepare quotes and follow up customer enquiries
- Process customer orders
- Answer phone and email enquiries
- Maintain showroom presentation and displays
- Assist with general day-to-day showroom duties
- Work independently when required
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous retail, showroom or customer service experience
- Is friendly, confident and enjoys dealing with customers
- Has good communication and organisational skills
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Has good attention to detail
- Is reliable, proactive and willing to learn
- Can work independently when required
Experience in bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, plumbing, renovations or building products would be highly regarded.
Hours
This is a part-time or casual position, approximately 2–3 days per week, with the possibility of additional hours when required.
Saturday availability is required.

Employment: Part-time or Casual
Pay: From $27.50 per hour, depending on experience, days worked and role requirements. Applicable Award rates and penalty rates will apply.
