Step into a meaningful role where your recruitment and selection skills support real change. As a Talent Connect Officer in our People & Culture team, you’ll help support critical recruitment efforts for Limestone Coast Local Health Network. Your work will directly contribute to attracting and onboarding critical health professionals to the region.
You’ll provide high-level support in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, liaising with internal teams and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and helping deliver project tasks and reports.
Key responsibilities:
Support recruitment and onboarding administration
Liaise with staff, candidates, and stakeholders
Maintain accurate files, records, and systems
Support recruitment reporting and planning activities

Conditions of Employment
- A current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position.
- Immunisation Risk for this position is – Category B.
- SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
