About the role
Join our team as a Pre-Analytical Operational Services Officer and help deliver high-quality pathology services that support timely diagnosis and patient care. This is a multi-site opportunity, where you'll provide exceptional patient care through phlebotomy, specimen collection, specimen processing and administration while ensuring samples are managed accurately and efficiently from collection through to laboratory testing.
Working as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team, you'll provide outstanding customer service, support colleagues in a collaborative environment and contribute to the smooth operation of busy collection centres. We're looking for candidates with current and accurate phlebotomy experience who enjoy working across multiple locations and are committed to delivering safe, professional and compassionate care to every patient.
