Description:
Support the Head of Business Operations in ensuring efficient school operations.
Perform data entry tasks related to administration and operations.
Manage meeting schedules and provide assistance during College events.
Aid in HR onboarding processes as needed.
Provide administrative cover of reception & sub schools & the clinic as required.
Assist in drafting correspondence and formatting documents.
Gather and organise information as required for policies, procedures and reports.
Assist in taking meeting minutes and report collation.
Be a member of the WHS Committee.
Support the management of the college database for staff & students.
Print and organise documents as necessary.
Offer executive support to the Head of Business Operations and additionally the Principal in the absence of the Executive Assistant.
Maintain computer-based records using the College & external systems including TASSWeb, MySPCC, iLearn, ISNSW etc.
Support with marketing and communications as required.
Demonstrates sound judgment in confidentiality in all areas of the role.
Pray with and for staff & students and actively participate in devotions and corporate prayer;
Skills and Experiences:
Qualifications in business administration and / or equivalent experience in an office setting.
Strong communication, interpersonal and public relations skills to enable professional interaction with a range of people including senior management, staff, students and community members.
Well-developed keyboard and computer skills with a demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and some experience with graphic design programs.
Highly developed time management skills, high level detail and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and to effectively manage multiple projects including the organisation of events and functions.
