This has become vacant as the current incumbent is moving with her family to a warmer climate. Being a small to medium business there is no definitive job description, it’s a matter of helping out where and when needed – it’s actually a stimulating role with a variety of tasks within the office. The primary purpose is to take workshop bookings for a sparkling automotive repair facility within the capacity of the workshop to fulfill the repairs. Other roles could include front counter reception, telephone answering and other administration. Being “the face” of the company good personal presentation and telephone manner are important. No previous experience is required however familiarisation with cars, parts and vehicle terminology would be a distinct advantage.
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
