Stories Design Co is a Melbourne based branding studio for the construction and trade industry. We build brands that actually mean something in a space that's been ignored for too long.
We're looking for a part time Studio Coordinator to help keep things running while we focus on the work that matters.
This isn't a design role. It's for someone who is organised, socially switched on, and gets culture.
What you'll be doing
Managing Instagram DMs and keeping conversations moving toward a booked call. Replying to general emails and keeping the inbox clean. Chasing designers and clients on outstanding items. Preparing and exporting files and documents. General admin that keeps the studio running.
Who you are
You live on Instagram and actually get how it works. You're organised and reliable without being chased. You understand brand and culture. You communicate like a human not a corporate robot. You want to be part of building something real.
What this isn't
A design job. A 9 to 5. Something for someone who needs their hand held.
