Barista / Front of House / All-Rounder
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Barista / Front of House All-Rounder to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, provides excellent customer service, and is willing to assist in all areas of café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Serve food and drinks to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, including dining and service areas.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support kitchen and team members when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to make espresso-based coffee (training can be provided if needed).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays if required.
