About Our Rundle Mall Spa
Tucked inside Adelaide’s iconic Rundle Mall, our endota spa is a calm escape right in the heart of the city. Just steps from the buzz of shops and cafes, our spa offers guests a true retreat from the everyday.
With five beautifully appointed treatment rooms, including a dedicated doubles room for shared experiences, we deliver the full endota offering: massage, facials, luxurious spa packages, and a complete menu of beauty treatments. We also feature advanced skin technology including Clinical Peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion, Electro-Mesotherapy and Light Therapy (LED).
Your Role
As an endota therapist, you’ll be at the heart of every guest’s wellness journey. Your days will be spent doing meaningful, hands-on work with people who genuinely value what you do.
Day to day, you’ll:
- Deliver spa, massage and beauty treatments to the highest endota standard
- Guide guests through personalised skincare recommendations and home-care solutions
- Share your knowledge of our product range, helping guests continue their wellness at home
- Take pride in your treatment room - from set-up and presentation to pack-down
- Contribute to a warm, supportive team culture where everyone lifts each other up
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for therapists who love what they do and want to be part of something bigger.
- Qualified: You hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or a qualification in Remedial or Relaxation Massage, with hands-on industry experience
- Guest-focused: You genuinely enjoy creating beautiful, immersive experiences for every person who walks through the door
- Brand-aligned: You connect with the endota philosophy and are proud to represent a brand that puts wellbeing first
- Professional: You bring high standards of personal presentation and quality of care to every treatment
- A great communicator: You build easy rapport with guests and team members alike
- Flexible: You’re available to work across a rotating roster including Friday night and weekends
