We're looking for a Customer Relations Consultant to join our busy Service Department, where you'll manage inbound enquiries, book customer vehicles for servicing and help keep one of Melbourne's busiest Toyota Service Departments running smoothly.

A Day in the Life
If you enjoy being on the phone, you'll love this role.
From the moment you log on, you'll be helping customers book their next service, answering enquiries and keeping appointments flowing through our Service Department.
Every conversation is different. Some customers know exactly what they need, while others are looking for guidance or advice. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organised and think on your feet will set you up for success.
Working closely with the Service team, you'll play an important role in delivering the seamless, professional experience Airport Toyota is known for.
About You
You enjoy talking to people and know how to make every conversation a positive one.
You're confident on the phone, organised in your approach and able to stay composed when things get busy. You take ownership of your work and don't wait to be told what to do.
Previous experience in a phone-based Customer Service role is Essential. Ideally, you'll have worked within an automotive dealership and/or Service Department.
However, if you've built your career delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, we'd still love to hear from you.
Most importantly, you're driven to provide an outstanding customer experience and enjoy working as part of a busy, supportive team.
