About the Role
As an Optical Dispenser, you'll play an important role in helping patients look, see, and feel their best.
From guiding patients through frame selections to sharing your knowledge of lenses and optical products, you'll help create a personalised experience that keeps patients coming back.
You'll be joining a team that values relationships, community connection, and delivering outstanding patient care every day.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings:

A genuine passion for patient care and customer service
- Previous retail experience (optical experience highly regarded but not essential)
- The ability to quickly develop product knowledge and confidently share it with patients
- Strong communication skills and a warm, friendly manner
- A positive, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
- Patience, energy, and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late trade when required
Most importantly, you'll enjoy helping people and creating memorable patient experiences.
