Kleen Slate Services are a Western Australian owned and operated restoration business, specialising in Water/Flood Damage, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Trauma/Crime Scene Forensic Cleaning, Mould Restoration, Methamphetamine Decontamination Cleaning, Hoarder Clearing, Property Abandonment Clean-up, Squatter/Squalid conditions remediation and Extensive Circumstance Clean-up. Other services include all types of outdoor cleaning, strata cleaning, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, general cleaning and much more.
We are seeking Cleaners/Labourers/Restoration Technicians to join our growing team:
- Casual on-going position
- Must be available to work Monday – Friday, between 6:00am – 4:00pm
- Rockingham location, but service the wider metro area
- Opportunity for growth and development
- Cleaning experience preferred

The successful candidate must:
- Have a current drivers’ licence
- Have the right to work in Australia
- Have a national police clearance (or the ability to obtain one) (must be no older than 12 months)
- Have a White Card or be willing to obtain one
- Be physically fit and able to bend, lift, etc. This can be a physically demanding role
- Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with staff members, clients and customers
- Have the ability to understand, plan and carry out duties to a set schedule
- Be able to follow both verbal and written instructions (such as work orders, SWMS, procedures, etc)
- Be able to comply with strict OH&S guidelines
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work as part of a team or autonomously
- Be able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Have a positive, enthusiastic, ‘can do’ attitude
- Have a strong work ethic
- Be honest, reliable and punctual
- Be professional and presentable
