In this role, you'll:
You will design, build, and deliver enterprise-grade and business applications on low-code / workflow / automation platforms (including Pega, Power Platform, etc.) enabling scalable workflow automation, case management, and decisioning capabilities.
You will take ownership of solution design and platform configuration, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with organisational objectives.
This role will see you contribute across the entire solution lifecycle—from design through to deployment—while influencing platform standards and best practices.
You will also:
- Design, develop and deliver enterprise workflow and automation solutions using configurable, platform-based technologies to support business processes and service delivery
- Provide end-to-end solution design leveraging platform capabilities, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and fit-for-purpose digital solutions
- Configure and customise platform-based applications, including user interfaces, business rules, workflows, and integrations
- Integrate platform solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud environments to enable seamless data exchange and service orchestration
- Promote and implement best practices for low-code and configurable platforms, ensuring compliance with standards and maintainability

About you
You bring strong experience delivering Platform solutions in enterprise environments and have a passion for building efficient, scalable workflows.
You are someone who:
- Has hands-on experience with case management, workflows, UI, integrations.
- Has experience delivering solutions using configurable, low-code or platform-based technologies for workflow automation, case management, or business process transformation
- Understands how to design scalable, user-centric digital workflows and enterprise solutions
- Has experience integrating platform-based applications with APIs and enterprise systems
- Is interested in leveraging automation, AI, and emerging platform capabilities to improve outcomes
