About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Support Workers with experience providing:
- Personal Care (Assistance with Self-Care Activities)
- Community Access & Social Participation
- Daily Living Supports
- Person-centred supports that promote independence, engagement, and wellbeing
- Support for participants with Psychosocial Disabilities and/or Intellectual Disabilities
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Disability Support
- Experience supporting participants with Psychosocial Disabilities and/or Intellectual Disabilities
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card/WWCC)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable Motor Vehicle
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
Applicants must be genuinely available, flexible, proactive, and committed to accepting shifts, including 24-hour support rosters, as required.
