Experienced Support Coordinator

Assured Independent Living Services (AILS) is a registered NDIS provider servicing participants across Sydney.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced support coordinator to join our growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement participants' NDIS plans.
- Build participants' capacity to understand and manage their supports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, carers, and stakeholders.
- Connect participants with suitable service providers and community resources.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure supports align with participant goals.
- Advocate for participants and support informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards.
- Prepare reports and liaise with the NDIA and other stakeholders as required.
- Manage a caseload while ensuring high-quality, participant-focused outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator.
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS, relevant legislation, and the disability sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage your own workload.
- A genuine commitment to person-centered practice and participant empowerment.
- Strong problem-solving and advocacy skills.
- Experience using client management systems and maintaining accurate records.
