This role gives you the opportunity to be a part of a friendly and fun team whilst also giving you the opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding company. Working from our South Strathfield facility, this role will see you support the business with a variety of tasks including the servicing of our diverse range of clientele.
About the role
TIMG Strathfield South is currently on the hunt for an additional Warehouse Assistant to join our team. Warehouse Assistants are crucial in our business, ensuring that all archiving, picking and storage is performed in a timely and accurate manner within our warehouse.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Being the public face of our company
- Managing archiving solutions for clients picking and delivering boxes and dealing with clients on a one to one. Required to meet client expectations with timeframes and security
- Use of stock-picker/forklift to pick/put away archive boxes/files for drivers – We will provide training and licenses for the right candidate.
- Constant use of a PDA to scan items moving to different locations.
- Working efficiently and accurately in an active role and to time frames.
- Be responsible and accountable for managing site compliance.
Given the above role and responsibilities, to be successful you will have:
- An eye for detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous warehouse experience, as well as current forklift licence, however training would be provided to the right candidate.
- Due to the sensitive nature of our business, undertaking a police check as part of our recruitment process.
