We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide daily in-home and community support for a participant located in REDCLIFFE, QLD.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive difference and can provide consistent, high-quality care and companionship.
Experience with MS and behaviours highly regarded.
About the Role:
You will be supporting the participant with daily routines, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence and wellbeing.
Shift Details:
- Includes overnights and split shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
- Support with community access, walks, and social activities
- Medication prompts and basic health monitoring (if required)
- Encourage independence and meaningful daily engagement
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant experience)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Caring, professional, and dependable nature
- Manual Lifting / hoist trained
- Ok with dogs
- Incident reports required
