We are a growing organisation delivering enterprise technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives. We are seeking an ICT Business Analyst to support system improvements, integration, and business process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
· Consult with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements
· Evaluate existing enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, databases, and infrastructure environments, to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
· Prepare detailed functional specifications and system documentation to support system design, enhancement, and integration
· Analyse and map business processes, including IT systems, procurement workflows, and operational environments
· Recommend improvements to system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
· Assist in the implementation, configuration, and integration of enterprise systems and database-driven applications
· Develop and carry out system testing strategies to ensure system reliability, performance, and data integrity
· Produce user documentation and training materials and support system adoption across the organisation
· Work collaboratively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver technology solutions
· Monitor system performance and provide ongoing optimisation recommendations
· Maintain accurate documentation of system changes, upgrades, and development activities
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation programs
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or IT environments
· Strong understanding of business processes and system design
· Experience with ERP systems and database platforms
· Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or MariaDB
· Experience with system integration and third-party applications
· Exposure to tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes (desirable)
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable Experience
· Experience in ERP implementation, customisation, or system enhancement projects
· Experience operating in environments involving system integration, infrastructure management, or digital transformation initiatives
· Exposure to cloud platforms or modern IT infrastructure environments
Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
