Hours: 10–20 hours per week (weekends: Saturday 9am–5pm, Sunday 9am–5pm)
About Us
We're a vibrant tufting studio that creates magical creative experiences for our customers. We're looking for an energetic, people-focused individual to join us. No tufting experience necessary – we'll teach you everything! (tuftting experience is a bonus)
The Role
You'll be at the heart of our studio, helping customers discover the joy of tufting. Your day-to-day will include:
- Facilitate Tufting Workshops – Guide customers through the tufting process step-by-step, making sure they feel supported, encouraged, and excited about what they're creating.
- Teach & Support – Break down the creative process into clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Help customers troubleshoot, overcome challenges, and celebrate their creations.
- Create a Welcoming Vibe – Be the energy in the room. Make customers feel comfortable, build rapport, and ensure they leave with a smile and a tufted rug they're proud of.
- Help Run Studio Events – Contribute to planning and executing workshops, themed events, and special sessions. Help set up, tidy up, and keep things running smoothly.
- Bring Fresh Ideas – Suggest new workshop themes, class experiences, or ways to make our studio even more fun.
About You

- A Natural Teacher – You're patient, clear, and great at explaining things. You get genuine satisfaction from helping someone learn something new.

- Enthusiastic Communicator – You articulate ideas clearly and confidently, whether explaining a tufting technique or chatting with customers.
- Organized & Reliable – You manage tasks efficiently, show up prepared, and follow through on commitments. You're skilled at pacing workshops, managing time effectively, and prioritizing what matters so customers feel guided rather than rushed.
- Team Player – You thrive in a collaborative environment and are willing to pitch in wherever needed.
- No Experience Required – You don't need to know how to tuft. If you have the personality and the willingness to learn, we'll train you.
