We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide person-centred support, including assistance with personal care, daily living activities, community access, companionship, and household tasks. You will play an important role in helping clients achieve their goals and maintain their independence.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting people, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or community services is highly regarded. A valid driver's license, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and relevant certifications are preferred.
