We are currently expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, high-achieving university students and qualified educators to join us.
What We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $40 – $55 per hour (depending on subject, level, and experience).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide engaging 1-on-1 tutoring in student homes or agreed local spaces (e.g., local libraries).
- Tailor lessons to each student’s specific learning needs, school curriculum, and goals.
- Help students build core foundations in areas such as English, Mathematics, or Science.
- Track student progress and communicate brief, constructive updates to parents after sessions.
What We Are Looking For
- Academic Background: Current university student or graduate with strong HSC results (Band 5/6 in relevant subjects) or relevant teaching qualifications.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging, and patient manner.
- Reliability: Punctual, organized, and committed to helping students long-term.
- Location: Based in or easily able to travel around the Northern Beaches or Upper North Shore areas.
Requirements
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) (or willing to obtain one before starting).
- Australian Business Number (ABN) or willing to register for one (it takes 10 minutes online).
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Access to a car & valid drivers license is not mandatory but highly regarded, as most sessions take place in person at student homes across the local area.
