The Opportunity
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable independent contractors to join the MashCare platform. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for individuals looking to manage their own schedule, set their own rates, and work within their local area.
You will have the opportunity to connect directly with families seeking support in:
- Aged care assistance (non-clinical support)
- Babysitting and childcare
- Tutoring (primary, secondary, or specialised subjects)

Important Information
- This is an independent contractor role (not employment)
- MashCare is a private platform and is not part of the NDIS
- You will be responsible for managing your own services, schedule, and client interactions
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, reliable support to clients

- Deliver services in a safe and respectful manner
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently
- Relevant experience in aged care, childcare, or tutoring (preferred)
- Working With Children Check (for babysitting/tutoring roles)
- Police Check (preferred)
