APG Workforce is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers for an exciting opportunity with a leading logistics and warehousing operation located in Truganina, Victoria.
This is an
afternoon shift position offering excellent pay rates and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced
freezer warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating High Reach Forklifts safely and efficiently
- Put away and replenishment of stock
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Picking and staging orders
- Inventory movement throughout the warehouse
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Working in a freezer environment while maintaining productivity and accuracy
To Be Successful You Will Have
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven High Reach Forklift experience
- Previous experience working in freezer or temperature-controlled environments
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transport and availability for ongoing afternoon shifts
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
Desirable Skills
- RF Scanning experience
- Experience within food manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics operations
- Understanding of freezer storage procedures and inventory control
