About the Opportunity
Based in Henderson, WA, the Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the administration of contracts and supporting the Commercial Manager and Sustainment Manager in delivering contractual obligations, commercial administration activities, and reporting requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring contract compliance, managing commercial documentation, supporting billing and forecasting activities, and helping identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks across sustainment programs.

What’s Involved

Administer contract documentation and draft contractual correspondence
-
Maintain contract registers and monitor contractual deliverables
-
Prepare and submit CDRLs, ECPs, CCPs, invoices, claims, and reports

Attend contract meetings and prepare professional meeting minutes

Support contract billing activities, including recurring charges, maintenance billing and monthly claims

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, WIP analysis and financial reporting

Support commercial administration and contract compliance activities

Assist with identifying, managing and mitigating contractual and commercial risks
You’ll Need

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Commercial Law, Engineering, or a related discipline

Minimum 2 years' experience in contract administration, commercial support, or a related role

Experience managing contract documentation, reporting, and claims administration

Strong written communication and professional letter-writing skills
-
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems

Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

Exposure to financial modelling, cost monitoring, or project variation claims will be highly regarded
