We are looking for a strong self sufficent Amazon Connect Engineer, possibly from a software or a cloud background who is looking to further their expertise in contact center technolgies, in particular Amazon Connect.
You should have some level of prior experience configuring and implamneitng Amazon Connect solutions where you worked as a senior individual contributer or lead as samll team of junior developers.
What will your typical day look like?
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Amazon Connect-based solutions, focusing on the creation of intuitive, human-centric conversational interfaces. Leveraging your expertise in conversational AI and design, you will drive measurable impact by improving customer satisfaction, reducing operational costs, and optimising client processes.
