Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Plant & Equipment Coordinator to join our Engineering Construction team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a major Power Plant project in Queensland.
As a Plant & Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the mobilisation, utilisation, maintenance and compliance of plant, equipment and site assets to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Maintain and manage the Plant & Equipment (P&E) register.
-
Coordinate and undertake plant and equipment inspections.
-
Manage site fuel requirements and fuel usage reporting.
-
Coordinate mobilisation, demobilisation and utilisation of construction plant and equipment.
-
Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and service requirements.
-
Support the maintenance and management of site facilities and construction assets.
-
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders regarding equipment requirements and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
-
Work collaboratively with the project teams to optimise equipment performance and utilisation.

Assist with procurement recommendations and asset planning activities.
What you will bring:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Plant & Equipment Coordination role.

Experience within engineering construction, maintenance, resources, energy or heavy industry environments.

Strong mechanical knowledge across a broad range of construction plant and equipment.

Sound understanding of plant maintenance and asset management practices.
-
Proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
-
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
-
Well-developed written communication skills, including reporting, procedures and procurement recommendations.

High level of commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
