About your opportunity:
Fixed Term Temporary part-time, 45.6 hours per fortnight, 10 months, RICHMOND
Provide clinical expertise, support and education to nursing staff within a MPHS environment in a rural and remote location.
Utilising clinical skills, knowledge and experience the position holder will deliver a high standard of evidence-based person-centred care to patients, providing support to patients, families, and other healthcare colleagues within the Richmond MPHS.
This dynamic position services a 10-bed rural facility, comprising of 4 aged care and 6 acute inpatient beds whilst providing a Hospital Based Ambulance Service (First Responder) to the town and surrounding community of Richmond.

Salary range: $44.06 to $56.51 p.h. (NG5)
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Accommodation: On-site single staff accommodation will be provided for the successful applicant.
Successful applicants may be eligible for RANIP (Rural and Remote Incentive Package) (including retention bonuses) and the opportunity to participate in the Hospital Based Ambulance service.

Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (if applicable).
Highly Desirable: Extensive experience in Emergency Department and a current Adult Life Support certificate.
Adult Life Support certificate: Must obtain and maintain an annual competency in Advanced Life Support as per THHSCLI040151 Life Support Training and Assessment
Possession of class C drivers' licence.
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
Probation period may apply.
Pre-employment checks will be conducted, including Aged Care Pre-Employment Screening and NDIS Worker Screening Checks.
