About the Role:
Juniper is seeking caring and reliable Community Support Worker Domestic to join our Home and Community Care team across Perth’s northern suburbs, including the Jindalee, Quinns Rocks, Mindarie and surrounding areas.
In this role, you will support older Western Australians to remain living independently in their own homes, assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and social support. You will play an important role in helping customers maintain their independence, wellbeing, and connection to their community.

We currently have a permanent part-time position available with the successful candidate being offered 25 hours per fortnight. To be considered for this position you must be available to work between Monday and Friday 0930-1700.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care including showering, dressing and continence support

Assist customers with activities of daily living

Support customers with medication administration (training provided)

Assist with domestic tasks, including meal preparation and household support

Provide social support, including transport to appointments or shopping
-
Follow and document care in accordance with individual care plans
Key Requirements:

Current Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (essential)

Previous experience providing personal care in aged care or community care

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team

A genuine commitment to supporting older people to live independently
-
Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care
-
Dementia care experience
-
Current First Aid Certificate
