Kwik Kopy Gosford is looking for a friendly, organised and hands-on Customer Service Representative & Production Co-Ordinator to join our busy print and design centre.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating jobs, supporting a production team, and helping ensure finished print work is completed accurately, professionally and on time.
You will often be the first person customers speak to on the phone or meet when they visit the centre, so we are looking for someone who is professional, helpful, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment.
About the role
In this role, you will support the day-to-day operation of the centre by assisting customers, helping coordinate job workflow, supporting print production and finishing, preparing completed work for collection or delivery, and representing Kwik Kopy professionally with local clients.
You do not need to know everything on day one. Training will be provided for the right person, but a positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential.
Key responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone and by email
- Responding to customer enquiries and providing helpful updates on job progress
- Presenting Kwik Kopy products and services in a professional and customer-focused way
- Building positive relationships with existing customers
- Assisting customers with supplying files in suitable formats for production
- Checking job instructions, customer supplied files and job tickets before production or finishing
- Helping schedule work to meet customer deadlines
- Supporting the production team with digital print output, once trained
- Completing finishing tasks such as cutting, trimming, folding, creasing, laminating, binding, drilling, collating, packing and wrapping
- Checking finished work for quality, accuracy, quantity and presentation
- Preparing completed jobs for pickup, courier, dispatch or local delivery
- Completing local deliveries professionally and on time using the company delivery van
- Keeping production, finishing and dispatch areas clean, organised and safe
- Monitoring stock levels and reporting low stock or equipment issues
- Using company systems and software correctly and securely
- Supporting the team with general production and customer service duties as required
About you
We are looking for someone who is reliable, well-presented and enjoys being part of a team. You will need to be comfortable dealing with customers, managing multiple tasks, supporting production workflow and helping the team meet deadlines.

- Current and valid driver’s licence for driving the company delivery van
Desirable experience:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience in a digital print, design, production or signage environment
- Experience with print finishing equipment
- Basic understanding of marketing or social media platforms

Salary
Salary will be in line with experience and paid according to the applicable classification under the Graphic Arts, Printing and Publishing Award 2020 [MA000026], plus superannuation.
