This is a great opportunity to grow and take ownership of engineering governance, technical and commercial direction, and delivery assurance across a portfolio of complex civil infrastructure projects.

About You
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and RPEQ or CPEng.
-
15+ years in civil construction estimating roles across large-scale infrastructure projects.

Significant experience in Design & Construct environments.

Demonstrated expertise in temporary works, constructability, staging, and project engineering leadership.

Proven ability to resolve complex technical and productivity challenges in live project environments.

Strong understanding of Australian Standards, client specifications, and road authority requirements.

Demonstrated leadership of experienced, multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

Strong commercial acumen and decision-making capability.

The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive accountability.
