Role Description
This part‑time contractor role involves delivering leadership and performance consulting services to clients in virtual settings. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing client goals, developing tailored growth plans, facilitating online workshops, and providing ongoing coaching support. Consultants collaborate with the team to refine programs and contribute to a positive, growth‑focused client experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations and assess client needs
- Develop personalised leadership and performance plans
- Facilitate online workshops or group sessions
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Use data‑driven insights to support client progress
- Engage with digital tools and online learning systems
- Contribute to program development and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Experience in performance consulting, coaching, HR, education, sales, or business development
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in leadership development and personal growth
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools
- Right to work in Australia
Job Type

Compensation
Performance‑based compensation. Earnings vary depending on client volume and services delivered.
