The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Chatswood on a part-time or casual basis, with availability for up to 24 hours per week.
You’ll be working as part of a busy kitchen team, helping deliver consistently great food during service. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Food preparation and kitchen set-up
- Working across grill, fry, prep and plating stations
- Preparing and cooking food to our quality standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout service
- Following food safety, hygiene and OH&S procedures
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
- Completing kitchen close-down and cleaning duties
About You
- Previous experience working in a busy commercial kitchen
- Grill experience is highly regarded
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to food quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
