We’re looking for a confident, hands-on and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our pub team!
Position: Supervisor
Employment: Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Hotel Collingwood
Flexible hours and shifts available
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising and supporting the bar and floor team during service
- Leading by example and maintaining excellent service standards
- Coordinating the team during busy periods
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures
- Supporting staff with training and day-to-day operations
- Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Monitoring cleanliness, presentation and venue standards
- Working closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations
What we’re looking for:
- Previous hospitality supervisory or leadership experience
- Confident, organised and approachable
- Strong communication and people skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
- Able to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
- A hands-on leader with a positive attitude
- Reliable, responsible and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of pub/bar operations
- Valid RSA Certificate
Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends is highly valued.
