Backpackers In Paradise is looking for a casual Reception / All-Rounder to join our team.
The role is roughly 20 to 30 hours per week and would suit someone friendly, reliable, and confident working in a busy hostel environment.
The role includes:
- General reception duties, including check-ins, check-outs, bookings and guest enquiries
- Helping supervise housekeeping and volunteers
- Assisting with day-to-day hostel operations
- Jumping behind the bar when needed
- Providing great customer service to guests from all over the world
Requirements:
- Must have a current RSA
- Previous reception, hospitality, hostel or bar experience is preferred
- Must be reliable, organised and comfortable working with people
- Must be happy to help across different areas of the hostel
Pay: $33.05 per hour
