Positions Available
Full time, Part time, Casual. Junior Applicants Welcome
1. Sushi Chef
- Prepare sushi (Nigiri, Maki, Sashimi) and other Japanese dishes
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Experience preferred, but training provided for suitable candidates
2. Kitchen Hand
- Assist with food preparation (cutting vegetables, preparing sauces)
- Operate fryer and basic cooking stations
- Basic food preparation and food safety knowledge preferred
3. Waitstaff / Front of House
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle POS transactions
- Work collaboratively with the team
- Passion for Japanese cuisine is a plus
