About this position
The City of Gosnells Engineering Services Team is offering an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified, experienced and self-motivated individual to carry out road, path repairs and broad maintenance of the City's pedestrian and road network safely and to a high standard.
This is a permanent position based at the City's Operations Centre in Maddington.
What we are looking for
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:

Relevant industry experience.

Proficiency with the safe operation of a front-end loader and skid steer.

Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Sound knowledge of civil infrastructure construction and maintenance practices.

Sound knowledge of engineering maintenance techniques.
-
Ability to read plans and calculate quantities to order materials.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Experience in the use of pressure cleaners, sweepers, concrete grinding equipment and various plant will be highly regarded.
Essential requirements

Current MR driver's licence.

Current National Police clearance (less than three months old). Please note: This is not essential to apply for the role but will be required at a later stage as it is an appointment condition.
