As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive the next stage of our growth.
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and commercially focused Marketing Manager to develop and lead ESS’s marketing strategy across digital, branding, customer engagement, and industry promotion.
This role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and promoting ESS across the Mining, Marine & Power Generation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Manage ESS branding across all marketing channels
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Update and maintain company website content and product promotions
- Design and coordinate brochures, catalogues, price books, and promotional material
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer engagement and lead generation
- Coordinate attendance and marketing for trade shows, mining expos, and industry events
- Analyse campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience with branding, content creation, and marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience within Mining, Industrial, Automotive, Marine, or Power Generation industries will be highly regarded
- Graphic design experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar programs is advantageous
