You will be supported in your role by all other nursing positions including Facility Manager, Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Educator at site as well as ability to link in with other MLHD site staff.

What you’ll be doing:
As the registered nurse/midwife your practice will lead to excellence in the care of women and their families, by your understanding of the importance of establishing a relationship between the women and yourself in order to achieve the best possible outcomes. You demonstrate the core midwifery values of patient centred care, trust and respect in every interaction with the women, families and colleagues. You are accountable for establishing and evaluating the women's plan of care in partnership with the woman, and other members of the health care team.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Be a confident / consciousness clinician with an engaging personality aligning with NSW Health Core values – Collaboration, Openness, Respect and Empowerment
Mandatory requirement of this role is current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Registration Authority (AHPRA)
