Fast and Curious Early Learning Centre, Kingswood, is growing, and we are looking for a passionate, inspiring and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to lead our Preschool Room.

About the Role
As the Preschool Room Leader / Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality preschool program aligned with the EYLF V2.0
- Create engaging, intentional and child-led learning experiences that promote curiosity, exploration and critical thinking
- Use your knowledge of child development to support children’s individual learning pathways and school readiness
- Guide and mentor educators within the room, fostering a collaborative and reflective team culture
- Develop meaningful relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Complete meaningful observations, assessments, learning documentation and reflective programming
- Create an inclusive, safe and stimulating learning environment that supports every child’s participation and wellbeing
- Contribute to continuous improvement practices, including the service Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
- Work collaboratively with the Educational Leader and leadership team to achieve positive outcomes for children and families
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- An ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent)
- Current NSW Teacher Accreditation (or eligibility to obtain)
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF V2.0, NQS and child development
- Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to a high-quality program
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to inspire, support and collaborate with educators
- A genuine passion for children’s learning, development and wellbeing
- A strong commitment to child safety, inclusion and respectful practice
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
