Experienced Phone Repair Technician & Sales Specialist
TShine Case is looking for an experienced and motivated team member to join our Townsville stores.
This role is suitable for someone who already has experience in:
- Phone repairs
- Retail sales
- Customer service
- Accessories upselling
- Working in a fast-paced environment
We are NOT looking for beginners with no real repair or sales experience.
Responsibilities
- iPhone screen & battery replacements
- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Phone accessories sales
- Achieving daily sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness
Requirements
- Previous mobile phone repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Able to work independently
- Reliable and stable availability
- Comfortable working under KPI and sales targets
- Weekend availability preferred
